its powerful magnet tubes. Removing collected metals off the filter tubes is not only a time-consuming but also a dangerous work. By our unique-designed
iron removal ring, cleaning operation can be done safely without scratching the surface of the magnet tube.

In order to clean a magnetic tube of the conventional filters, an operator has to stop production line, to take the filter tubes off the housing, and to wipe collected metals off the surface of the tube with a scraper or adhesive tape. This is not only troublesome but also hazardous. Our magnetic filter can use a unique-designed cleaning ring to clean collected metals off the filter tubes. By passing a filter tube through the ring at once, cleaning operation can be completed safely. (Note: Auto-cleaning system is available upon request.) |
Since an operator does not need to touch the filter tubes, the filter can keep clean and sanitary. Moreover, the lifetime of the filter tube can be determined if it fails to be passed through the ring. No broken filter would be mixed in food, and consequently no secondary contamination will occur. |

Cleaning ring
When the magnet filter tube is passed through the proprietary
magnetic ring, the magnetic filed near the ring is bypassed and
weakened. Consequently the collected metals are removed with
ease. |
